News 12/15/07 New header coming soon for the 2.3L 84-00 Ford Rangers. its an upper forward mount with a variable scroll gate. should make a Holset HX40 spool rather nicely. dyno testing will come late this spring. Working on an early DP head build up. yeah its the one that's supposed to flow terrible, but we are going to give it the old college try. I've got plenty of tricks up my sleeves. All the above is going into the Bronco II. its been feeling neglected lately after the transmission failure. 4.0L spec trany with a slightly higher then stock stall converter equals a B2 you don't want to see in your rear view !

WarHorse Headers&Custom Fabrication
I decided to start making these Turbocharger headers for the Ranger / Bronco II when I couldn't find one when I swapped a 2.3L Lima out of a 86 Ford Thunderbird . I have gone through a few different designs until I found one that worked exactly the way I wanted it to. I want to have a product that was not going to fail under the worst of extremes . all headers are made from schedule 40 mild steel pipe. I am also be making them in stainless schedule 10 pipe. I want to have some time to test the stainless design before putting it into production. As of now I have a jig made up for the 79-93 Thunderbird/Mustang platform and the 84-00 ranger. I can also make a turbo header for just about anything else you may have. The average turn around time is about 2 weeks for a header to be completed. 2
